Banstead Village in Bloom Fundraising Quiz Night October 2017

Banstead Rotary working together with the Banstead Village in Bloom Steering Group arranged a Quiz Night on Saturday 28th October at Banstead Village Hall. 135 people came together into 16 teams to have fun and contribute to the Village in Bloom campaign.

Friends, old and new, scratched their heads to find answers, relaxed and enjoyed a marvellous buffet and contributed generously to raise further funds through a raffle. Prettily presented pots of seasonal cyclamen were enjoyed on each table to represent and was won by table raffle.

A marvellous grand total of £1,650 was raised. This will be used by the Banstead Village in Bloom Steering Group to buy plants and material in time for the judging in June/July 2018.
